The culprit of poor drainage is usually due to a clogged or faulty drain pump. Over the lifetime of a washing machine, the drain pump gets clogged with dirt and cloth fibers. Disassembling and cleaning out the pump can help solve the problem. 

If your washer is overfilling or underfilling the likely cause is the pressure switch that is not working as it should. It is either a faulty switch, a blocked pressure chamber, or there is a hole in the pressure hose. 

The spinning system is interconnected with the washer drainage system, so if your washer is not draining properly the machine wont spin. Other potential causes include, a faulty motor belt, a blocked pump filter, or worn out carbon brushes.

There are various reasons as to why your soap dispenser is leaking. The most common are a blocked drain pipe, overfilling, strong water pressure and having a build up of undissolved detergent.

If your washer refuses to agitate, there could be several things that might be wrong. The drive belt could be worn out, the motor control board could be defective, a motor coupling might be damaged or broken, the mixer might need to be replaced, and there are even more parts than that which could be causing the issue.
